1. General Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions regulate the legal relationship between Dirhami Nature Resort OÜ (hereinafter the Service Provider) and the client (hereinafter the Guest) when booking accommodation services.

1.2. In addition to these terms, the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia apply.

1.3. By making a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

1.4. Reservations may be made by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent.

2. Pricing

2.1. All prices are presented in euros and no VAT is added.

2.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. The price valid for the Guest is the one confirmed at the time of booking.

2.3. Prices and booking conditions may vary depending on the selected period or offer.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1. To confirm a reservation, at least 50% of the total booking amount must be paid as a deposit.

3.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

3.3. For bookings made via the online booking system, the full amount must be paid immediately via bank link or credit card.

3.4. If the booking is made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately, regardless of the booking method.

3.5. The reservation is considered confirmed once the payment has been received.

4. Changes to Reservation

4.1. To modify a reservation, please contact us by email.

4.2. Reservation dates can be changed free of charge once, provided the change is made at least 7 days before arrival.

4.3. Changes are subject to availability and must be for the same or higher-priced period. Any price difference must be paid by the Guest.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

5.2. If cancelled within 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

5.3. If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

5.4. The deposit is non-refundable in cases described in clauses 5.2 and 5.3.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Personal data of the Guest is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6.2. Data is used solely for booking management and communication with the Guest.

6.3. The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law.

7. Accommodation Terms

7.1. Arrival and departure. Accommodation is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and until 12:00 on the day of departure.

7.2. The Guest agrees to follow the house rules and respect the surrounding environment and neighbours.

7.3. The accommodation is non-smoking. In case of violation, the Service Provider has the right to claim compensation for damages.

7.4. Well-behaved pets are allowed upon prior agreement.

8. Liability and Dispute Resolution

8.1. The Guest is responsible for using the property with due care.

8.2. Any damages must be compensated based on actual costs.

8.3. Disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, Estonian law applies.
